For international shipping, kindly check your email for the DHL tracking number sent after you purchased your order. Once you’ve found it, you can refer to the DHL tracking system found on their website.

For delivery in Lebanon, kindly send us a message from our website or direct message on instagram with your inquiry along with the following order details: full name, ordered items, phone number and email. We will get back to you as soon as we have an answer from the delivery company.

All our products are manufactured in Lebanon. We take pride in supporting local artisans, ateliers and factories.

Question How much time should shipping or delivery take? What are your rates?

For international shipping, it usually takes around 7 business days after pickup. (Rate depends on your location)

For local delivery, we have several options:


  • Regular delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after pickup, 3$

Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days after pickup, 10$
